Since age six, Helen’s been a harpist, carrying a shoebox to those very first lessons as their legs were still too short to touch the ground when practicing. At age nine, they started playing professionally at Garden Parties, Retirement Homes, and Weddings in Connecticut and New York. From there, Helen’s love for the harp only grew, alongside their accolades:

• Three Gold Cups in Performance and One Gold Cup in Composition from the Schubert Club’s Young Musicians Festival

• 1st Place in the Suzanne Culley Memorial Festival

• Principal Harp of the Norwalk Youth Symphony 2016-2020

• Author of Cockatoo Tango 2019, an original songbook for the harp
